You may not be particularly with the name of French writer/director Étienne Chatiliez, and, followed it up with the slightly less successful , about a little old lady who also happens to be evil, and then sunk back into relative obscurity. Although little discussed now, perhaps outshone by the spangly sights of France’s , this jolly satire about the nature versus nurture question sees a vengeful paediatric nurse swapping around the names and ID tags of two newborn babies to spite her midwife boss who has been using her for sex. This bedroom-hopping prologue plays out in full before jumping forward about a decade to the point where the administrative foul-up is discovered, and one of the children is returned to its biological family.
