FURRY TALES FAMILY

My mum, Lesley Phelan, is a huge fan of Lucie Heaton’s ‘Furry Tales’ collection. She has been stitching along with countless issues of the magazine and has enjoyed seeing many new projects come to life. She’s recently been ill in hospital and unable to walk but has finally got around to putting some of the mice projects into frames. It would be great if she could be mentioned in your magazine, I know that would make her very happy after going through such a rough time with having to have surgery on her knee.

Hannah F: What a fab set, Lesley! They look great framed like this too. We hope you continue to enjoy adding to the collection and thanks for sharing this with us, Catherine.

Q I migrated to Australia from the UK 19 years ago. A good friend back in England loves wombats and I would love to stitch one on a card for her birthday. Could you please design one of these furry critters? She would be so thrilled. Sandy Waters-Lew
