Cup of mindfulness

Mindfulness is a way of being present in the world and relating to an experience with open awareness, curiosity and non-judgement. The practice of being mindful is perhaps most accessible in everyday moments, such as while making a cuppa, which is what I’ve recently been contemplating with my daily cup of coffee.
