    You wouldn’t be the only one left incredulous by Sonia Kruger’s age-defying looks. The 56-year-old has managed to leave TV audiences gobsmacked for years as she continues to show off her amazing physique in mini-dresses on the set of The Voice and Big Brother.

    Though the star admits she’s definitely had to make some changes since hitting her 50s. “We keep learning about our bodies as we grow older. I know now that I need good sleep and healthy food,” the mum-of-one recently told The Sunday Telegraph
