Greek salad jars
PREP TIME 15 MINUTES SERVES 2, OR 4 AS A SIDE
¼ cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar To make dressing, place oil, vinegar and chopped oregano in a screw-top jar; season. Shake well. Divide tomatoes, olives, cucumber, onion and fetta between two 2½-cup (625ml) jars. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with extra oregano leaves.
