PART FOURTEEN: 9 OF THE BEST PLOTFINDING TIPS

Hopefully, if you’ve been following month by month, you now have a clear understanding of what’s involved in finding and buying a building plot and will be able to do so without fear of being lumbered with land that’s too expensive to develop or – worse – can’t be developed at all.

Finding a building plot is hard work, but provided you focus your search, follow the right process and don’t lose your patience there is absolutely no reason why you can’t find a plot that will support what you want to build.
