THE SUN HAS GOT ITS HAT ON

I WAS delighted to hear that the Home Counties EBA was its usual resounding success.

“We had an absolutely fantastic day,” Chairman Bob Williams said. “At 9am the skies opened but come midday the sun made an appearance and we enjoyed lovely weather for the rest of the day!

“We were supported by coaches from Leicester and Brighton EBAs., sold out), George Day, Tony Cesay, Michael Lomax, Terry Rees our President, new Vice-Presidents Sandy Matthewson and Neil Blackburn, Gary Hobbs, Dave Westgarth, Carlos Chase and Gary Barron, promoters Mo Prior and Harry Holland, Michael Lordan, Dave Evans (Assistant Secretary), Ray Mumford, Ben Doughty, action man Dave Williams, Steve Holdsworth, Eric Guy, ‘Eagle Eye’ Phil Sharkey, Andy Smith, Paul Rees, Rob Pogue and John Denbigh. And Mickey Hayes from London EBA kept everyone entertained with his magical skills.
