MORROCAN SPICED CAULIFLOWER & ALMOND SOUP

Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add
½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp ground coriander and 2 tsp harissa paste or gluten--free harissa paste to the pan. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
