STRING THEORY

Having played acoustic and electric guitar for around 55 years (and been a teacher for 20 years) I’ve been fortunate to have played nearly every make and model of guitar. What I’ve found, not surprisingly, as they are made of a variable material (wood), is that they are all different. And these differences translate into how they feel and respond to different string gauges.
