WHATEVER ELSE WE got at Most – an old-school circuit that crams 21 corners into just 4.212km of slightly dodgy asphalt – we got excitement and drama. After the races there was talking point after talking point, and we even had a marriage proposal thrown in as a late wildcard to round out the weekend in a way few saw coming.

At Assen Jonathan Rea (KRT) made up all the ground he lost after crashing out at Donington, but this weekend it was his two only real championship rivals, Toprak Razgatlioglu (Pata Yamaha by Brixx) and Scott Redding (Aruba.it Ducati), that did all the major points scoring, and each slashed prime cuts of points out of Rea’s championship lead.
