Here’s a car that I probably should have written about sooner, because back in the day, it was surprisingly popular, both in Europe and here in the United States. In fact, more than 1.5 million of them were produced worldwide!

The Capri occupied an unusual spot in the Lincoln-Mercury line-up as a pseudo-Mustang-type car.
