On a mission to get the nation talking about tricky health subjects, high-street retailer Boots has launched its first podcast, Taboo Talk . Hosted by TV presenter Vogue Williams (right), it covers topics such as gut health, periods and sex.
The first episode sees Jamie Laing speak candidly about suffering from anxiety from the age of eight and how he hid his condition for years while in the star opens up about a six-hour panic attack that “felt like he was dying” and discusses finally accepting the condition as well as coping mechanisms such as exercise and cryotherapy.
