PS I love you

Taking some deep breaths, I closed my eyes. Within moments, my mind had emptied and I felt calm.
Every evening, I like to end the day with this simple meditation. As a spiritual mentor, it’s a good way to cleanse my energy – a bit like a factory reset for my aura!
But as I meditated in my therapy room, suddenly the image of a bundle of love letters popped into my head.
It was very clear. The letters were tied with a red ribbon and there was handwriting on the envelopes.
In my mind’s eye, I saw a close-up of one of the letters. It was addressed to ‘Dear Universe’.
