Summer sparklers

WITH LAST year’s summer holidays very much wiped out by the enduring pandemic, there didn’t seem much to celebrate at all in 2020. This year, however, should be different, and perhaps we should all try to rekindle our battered and bruised social lives with a feel-good bottle of sparkling wine.

In the UK we are truly spoilt for choice for the range of sparkling wines on sale from around the world. Whatever your budget, there is a decent bottle of fizz to suit both your pocket and to lift your spirits.
