Mr Lee’s Pure Foods has launched a new range – Mr Lee’s Congee. The savoury instant rice porridges feature two flavours, Original Congee Rice Porridge and Chicken Congee Rice Porridge. Congee is a traditional pan-Asian staple recipe. It is usually prepared with rice, although other grains and beans can be used. The meal can be either savoury or sweet, and countless combinations of ingredients can be added.
