Use it or lose it

EYE TO hand coordination is vitally important as we get older for our ability to perform even the most basic of tasks. This is because, as our accuracy and speed declines, so our dexterity and reaction times decline as well.

This relates to everyday activities such as walking, driving, writing, cleaning, cooking, shopping and hobbies – essentially any activity that involves our hands doing what our brain is telling them.
