NORTH SOMERSET BANK HOLIDAY ROAD RUN

The Saturday was spent preparing the engines to make the journey from Mike White’s Huish Champflower yard to Minehead. Mike had both his McLaren and Allchin engines out for the trips, looking after the McLaren himself and with Royal Chester safe in the hands of Aaron Watts, says Paul Ritchie.

The 8hp McLaren No.1148 now named was imported new to Italian McLaren agents Caccialanza & Bronzini in 1910.
