Sportster relaunched

The engine is a redesigned version of the Pan America’s 1250cc. Peak power is 90kW at 7500rpm and maximum torque is 127Nm at 6000rpm.

Both 43mm USD Showa fork and monoshock are fully adjustable, while Brembo looks after front and rear braking packages.

A 17-inch front wheel with a fat 160/70 tyre and 16-inch rear with a bulky 180/70 tyre makes a styling rather than performance statement.

H-D says the squatand faired solo seat make the Sportster S look “crouched and powerful”.
