    Drumboe restoration is back on track

    THE restoration of former County Donegal Railways2-6-4TNo. 5 Drumboe is firmly back on track at Heritage Engineering Ireland’sWhitehead base afterengineers, furloughedfromthe startof 2021,cameback toworkon May1.

    The locomotive’s rolling chassis has been moved into the Henry Dunleath workshop wherework is underway on replacing the cylinder cladding.
