Clutching my chest, I winced as I felt a painful burning sensation.
‘Are you okay?’ my mum Michaela asked me, worried.
‘I’ve got the worst heart burn,’ I said. ‘And I was sick this morning!’
My partner Tom, 29, and his mum Bev looked at me, concerned.
‘Oh my God,’ Bev said, stopping in her tracks.
‘Rachel… you’re pregnant!’ Mum and Bev agreed.
It was early 2019, and I was already a mum to two boys – Bobby, eight, and Lewy, seven.
To confirm their suspicions, I took a pregnancy test.
And they were right!
‘We’re having a baby!’
