Mini Key Lime Pies

A light and creamy dessert with a refreshing citrus tang. Individually portioned for ease of serving, and allergen-friendly so all can enjoy!

For the crust:

• 90g (3.1 oz) rolled oats
• 3 tbsp coconut oil or vegan margarine (melted)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)

For the key lime filling:
