How I got our family to lose their lockdown LOVE HANDLES

As lockdown wore on, my husband and I slowly lost the will to leave the sofa. Our children did far more screening than scampering. I lacked the energy to feel guilty.

This time was about surviving rather than thriving. Alas, I can sensationally reveal that eating more and moving less for one year impacts your fitness and waistline. But while some normality is returning, our motivation is not.
