GRAEME’S GOLDEN BIRD

The Shuttleton family from Ayrshire own a fine collection of old tractors, which include veterans and post-1970 classics. Graeme tells us the story about his 1957 Ferguson FE 35.

Graeme explained: “My father ran a dairy farm for many years, before switching to beef sucklers. He retired from full-time farming three years ago but still does some contract work. There was little money available for new machines when he was growing up, so he got interested in older tractors. My brother Craig and I have carried on the hobby, and we love going to shows and taking part in road runs.
