• Batting: 64in x 76in
• Binding fabric: ½yd

LAY YOUR BLOCKS OUT ON A DESIGN WALL TO ENSURE AN EVEN MIX OF COLOURS
NOTES
• Seam allowances are ¼in throughout, unless otherwise noted.
• Press seams open throughout, unless otherwise instructed.
• Press fabrics well before cutting.
• Label cut pieces for easy assembly.
• CST = Corner-square Triangle.
• RST = right sides together.
• WOF = width of fabric.

■ Print fabrics are from the Malibu range by Heather Ross for Windham Fabrics and Betsy Tana Lawn from Liberty.
■ Background fabric is Ruby Ice from the Bella Solids collection by Moda Fabrics.
CUTTING OUT
1 Each turtle block is made from three prints, plus background fabric. Organise your print fabrics as follows for the turtle blocks. Note, the shell blocks will use pieces cut from all twelve prints.
■ For the Mama Turtle block, choose three fat quarters (one for the body, contrast A and contrast B).
