GUIDING LIGHT SHINES BRIGHT

INTERNATIONAL chef Sean Connolly is the guiding light behind the recently opened Esther eatery at QT Auckland on Viaduct Harbour. Esther is the hotel’s signature restaurant, and stars along with Rooftop at QT, the latest in QT’s stable of striking drink palaces. QT Auckland aims to combine largely locally sourced ingredients with design-led interiors and signature service across all its food and beverage outlets.

Connolly has been named QT Auckland’s Creative Director of Food and Beverage and says the QT brand resonates with his personal journey as a chef.
