A DAY in my life

I get up at 5.30am… and the first thing I do is take Noodle, our Dalmatian, for a walk around the city. Making time for myself to plan the day ahead and enjoy some quiet reflective time is really important.

Breakfast is usually… fresh fruit salad and tea or coffee.
