Mindful, mindfulness, living more mindfully… all words and phrases that have secured a firm footing in our vocabulary during the turmoil and chaos of the past 18 months. And while we have an idea of what they mean – the act of being present in our lives and our actions, not overwhelmed by what’s going on around us – we are also increasingly looking for ways to bring this notion of mindfulness into our homes, too.
