Sat at the dinner table, I encouraged my fussy eater toddler to dig in.
‘Yummy!’ I smiled, just before we faced another mealtime meltdown.
Reaching out for his favourite toy train, I fashioned a makeshift track around his kids’ bowl, and in that moment, everything changed.
Distracted by the track, he started to eat his food.
That’s it! That’s the answer! I thought.
Realising I had stumbled across something special,
