450g bread flour, plus extra to dust
7g (1 sachet) instant dried yeast
1 tsp golden caster sugar
1½ tsp fine salt
300ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra to grease
150g fresh pesto
240g semi-dried tomatoes, drained, roughly chopped
100g grated mozzarella
50g Parmesan, grated Fresh basil leaves

1 Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Add 280ml of the water and oil. Gently mix
