1. Prepare the vegetables by washing, removing any bruised portions,2. Have a large bowl of ice water available, a slotted spoon, and a drying area.3. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.4. Place the vegetables into the boiling water for about 30 seconds, or until tender.5. Remove the vegetables and immediately submerge them into the ice water to stop the cooking process.6. Once the vegetables are cooled, remove them from the water and place them on the drying area. You can pat them dry before moving them to the dehydrator.
