CLOSE your eyes and picture yourself in your ideal getaway. Are you enjoying a sundowner on the terrace after a day amid meadows or diving off the side of a boat into warm waves? Most of us have a natural preference: some are only happy with sun, sea and sand; others need the serenity of the countryside to unplug.
