couple of squirts of ‘engine start’ to fire up the ’Healey after months of hibernation. This was our first road trip since August 2020; sadly not an adventure to the vineyards of the Champagne region but to the wine-growing parishes of Kent. We had), one of the country’s new wave of boutique wineries that specialise in English sparkling wine and which offers a tour, dining and a taste (alas, not for the designated driver) of its Brut Reserve.
