More Work to be Done

Results from the latest CASA survey of the aviation community were recently released. This survey is conducted regularly to assess satisfaction within the aviation community to CASA’s activities.

The latest survey, conducted in late 2020, found a small increase in overall stakeholder satisfaction, with a rating of 6.3 out of 10. The overall rating in the 2018 survey was 6.2. Analysis of the data showed 54% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with CASA’s performance
