Taxpayers’ trust in Sars has dipped: PwC report

An INCREASING number of taxpayers’ trust in the South African Revenue Service has dropped, even though they said they believed that the quality of service was improving.

PwC had asked participants if their trust in Sars had increased in the past 12 months, and 42% (down from the 45% last year) said it had, while 58% (down from the 54% last year), said
