Smooth Operator

Smooth Operator is based on a dynamic multiband equalizer/compressor. This allows the entire frequency spectrum to be scanned for overemphasized frequencies and resonances, which are then specifically suppressed. The result is a tidier sound image. The name, design and concept are strongly reminiscent of the much more expensive Soothe plug-in from Oeksound.

The operation is simple: By dragging the middle circle you set the threshold. The lower you drop this threshold, the more Smooth Operator intervenes in the frequency response. In addition to this automatic detection and processing of interfering frequencies, you can also intervene yourself by using the other nodes on the EQ line and,
