Smooth Operator

Smooth Operator is based on a dynamic multiband equalizer/compressor. This allows the entire frequency spectrum to be scanned for overemphasized frequencies and resonances, which are then specifically suppressed. The result is a tidier sound image. The name, design and concept are strongly reminiscent of the much more expensive Soothe plug-in from Oeksound.

The operation is simple: By dragging the middle circle you set the threshold. The lower you drop this threshold, the more Smooth Operator intervenes in the frequency response.
