British Titanic Society hopes to save boat train coaches

BRITISHTitanicSocietymembershope to acquireandrestoretwocarriages thought tohavebeenintheboat trains thatmet the infamous oceanliner.

As reported in issue 279, the pair of LSWR Restaurant Composite coaches, Nos. 70 and 76, are stored at the Pontypool&BlaenavonRailway (PBR), which has given their owner notice to remove them from the site by June 30.
