Times are changing and "black-owned" businesses worldwide are finally getting the recognition and appreciation they have longed for / deserved. Chiara Lewis, a female entrepreneur who just so happens to be black herself, has seen her own company Chy Hair Grow out of Mississippi, USA, reach new heights of success this past year.... not because of the color of her skin or gender, but because people are taking notice of the quality of her products and changing the hair industry she is in!
But beyond just products, Chiara sat down for a very personal interview with us at FHM about the pros and cons of being black in business and what she'd like to see happen next!
