Nutrition can be a complicated affair but, at its heart, it’s simple: aim for fresh, colourful meals that contain a hearty mix of carbohydrates, protein, good fats, vitamins and minerals. If it’s beige, features an ingredients list longer than your arm and is microwave-only, keep away. This is your core fuelling strategy. Once that box is ticked, you can think about supplements.
