The third Disney+ television spinoff of the year from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Loki, is about the brother of Thor, the Asgardian God of Mischief, and – when he’s in the mood – a power-hungry, shape-shifting villain.

Played by Tom Hiddleston, his appearance in six Marvel movies has made him a. Not a problem, apparently. That’s because the show is a sort of prequel involving branching timelines.
