    2, 3, 3, 4, 4 balls 50gm 8ply Patons Classic Totem contrast colour in shade 0100

    Needles

    4.00mm knitting needles 4.00mm double-pointed knitting needles

    2 stitch-holders wool sewing needle

    Tension

    22 sts by 30 rows over stocking st on 4.00mm needles to 10cm.

    STITCH GUIDE BACK

    Using 4.00mm needles and M, cast on 74 (82, 86, 94, 98) sts.

    Beg Lower Band

    Row 1: K2, * P2, K2, rep from * to end.

    Row 2: P2, * K2, P2, rep from * to end.

    Last 2 rows form rib.
