Thanks to the high-quality cameras and generous storage space of modern smartphones, we no longer need camcorders to film home movies. But what about when it comes to editing and sharing your clips? One option is to transfer them to your PC, whip them into shape using a tool such as Shotcut (https://shotcut. org), then transfer the finished video back to your phone to share with friends and family using apps like WhatsApp. Alternatively, save time and effort by editing the video directly on your phone or tablet. Don’t be worried that your phone’s small screen will make it impossible to edit video. The two video-editing apps we use here are designed to make even the most intricate edits easy.
