Chicken Wings with Spicy Mayo Marinade

MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS

Spicy, sweet, tangy, buttery—these crave-worthy chicken wings have it all.

5 pounds chicken wings
1 cup mayonnaise*
¼ cup honey
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons hot sauce*
1 tablespoon lime zest
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, grated

 Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint, if desired. Place in a large resealable plastic bag.
