Elderflower & Prosecco Jellies with Cream & Berries
SERVES 8
INGREDIENTS
4 gold-strength gelatine leaves (see tip)
375ml undiluted elderflower cordial
500ml prosecco or sparkling wine Fresh raspberries, to serve
Whipped cream, to serve
METHOD
1 Put the gelatine leaves in a shallow bowl and pour in 1 cup (250ml) cold water. Set
