‘My Zest FOR LIFE !’

Breakfast telly without Lorraine Kelly is hard to imagine and, especially over the past 18 months, many viewers have found her show to be just the tonic we need.

‘I’ve been doing this for so long people feel like they know me,’ Lorraine, 61, tells us. ‘I hope – and I have been told – that they feel like I’m their friend. There’s that trust there, which I think is very important.’

It’s hard not to smile while speaking to the bubbly Scot, as she talks at a hundred miles a minute about everything – from her long and successful career to why she has refreshingly never felt pressured to look a certain way, even while working in television.
