Tell us about yourself…

I’m Anna Paola, I’m an artist and I’m deeply in love with colours.

Where are you from?

I grew up in a farmhouse on the Venice lagoon, to the north, where on one side of the house there is the garden, and on the other side there is the lagoon with the boat always ready. It is a place that has influenced me since my childhood, I have always had the feeling here of living in an enchanted place.

You studied art and design at the Institute of Art in Venice, did you decide to specialise in textile art at this point or later on?

Since I was a child I have loved fabrics, the textures, maybe because my mother was a dressmaker and a costume
