Blowing bubbles into the air, I watch my little girl try to pop them all.

‘Bubble, bubble, bubble, POP!’ I smile at her.

Then Freya, four, lets out the sweetest giggle and my heart feels full.

It’s the kind of belly laugh that lights up any room.

‘POP!’ I say.

A giggle goes such a long way with Freya.

Due to her rare syndrome, she cannot smile or talk.

But when I hear her chuckle, I know she is happy.
