1 ball Colour 1 (C1) shade 1067 (Flamingo), 2 balls Colour 2 (C2) shade 1088 (Amber), 2 balls Colour 3 (C3) shade 2042 (Liberty Blue), 1 ball Colour 4 (C4) shade 2037 (Mango); 3.5mm crochet hook; polyester fibre fill; wool needle for sewing seams
Tension
19.5dc and 24 rows to 10cm over dc fabric, using 3.5mm hook. Correct tension is not essential for this project, however stated measurements and yarn quantities are based on this tension.
Base
Inner circle (make 2)
Using 3.5mm hook and C1, make 2ch, leaving a long end.
1st round Miss 1ch, working over long end 6dc in last ch, sl st in first dc. To reduce centre hole, pull firmly on long end before sewing in ends.
1ch, 2dc in same st as sl st, 2dc in each dc to end, sl st in first dc… 12dc. 1ch, 1dc in same st as sl st, (2dc in next dc, 1dc in next dc) to last dc, 2dc in last dc, sl st in first dc… 18dc.
