No winner in the fight over inheritance

HEIRS of a Soweto home are left in limbo following the resignation of executors appointed by the deceased in her will. The deceased homeowner, who had no children, died in 2017. She had drawn up a will with one of the major banks in the country appointing them as the executors of the estate.

The administration of the estate was then outsourced to a law firm, which later resigned as executors, leaving three appointed beneficiaries in limbo as they still had unresolved differences among themselves
