    If you find yourself repeatedly checking your phone throughout the day – less from need and more out of some slavish compulsion – then you’d probably quickly concede that children are better off without that habit. But tech companies are clearly eager, Facebook is seriously considering an Instagram for Kids, which would be targeted at users 13 and under. Currently the social media service forbids users under that age.
