‘My world has opened up again’

Elspeth Gray is 56 and lives in Aylesbury.

My golden retriever, Moby, stands in front of me and gives me a look. I put the kettle down and sit on the floor. Afterwards, I imagine how much pain I would have been in had Moby not warned me I was about to have a seizure.
